  1. Hey Guys!

Soooo, I just came across your website searching for “beer ratings”. I’m aware of BeerAdvocate, and RateBeer, but was not aware of The Beer Critic. Glad I found ya, cause the first thing I saw on your page was the Heady Topper review! Guess what?! I live in Vermont! 😀 Hilarious about the armed guards and gun towers by the way…when The Alchemist Cannery was still open to the public, there used to be lines that would come out the door and wrap around the building from Monday – Wednesday for cases of HT. By Wed or Thurs afternoon, they were sold out. Even now, at most places in town, if you’re not at the bevy within a couple of hours of the HT delivery, you’re not getting any. The good news is: The Alchemist doesn’t ONLY EXCLUSIVELY make Heady Topper! They actually have quite a few different beers, which are all pretty fantastic. They don’t can them and sell them retail though, but you can find them on tap at a few local spots. Occasionally (maybe 3 times a year) they’ll host a truck sale where they pull a big box truck into a parking lot and sell limited cans of select Alchemist brews that you can’t get anywhere else. People line up HOURS in advance.

EITHER WAY – I just wanted to say hi…loved the review…I work for a custom sticker company called Websticker.com out of Stowe, Vermont (where they will be building a new Alchemist brewery). Let me know if you guys have any interest in promotional stickers or if you know of anybody that you can refer! We’re actually the company that prints the Alchemist’s stickers!

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Cheers,
    Kristen
